TANDOORI BROCCOLI SIMLA MIRCH SKEWER

METHOD:
* Cut broccoli into big florets.
* Boil the water, add salt and then blanch the broccoli and keep a side.
* Cut red and yellow pepper into one and half dice.
* Marinate broccoli and pepper into hung curd, cream and cheese.
* Add salt and cardamom powder, and keep a side for at least 45 minutes
* Roast the broccoli in Tandoor.
* Serve hot with mint chutney.
